TURNAROUND TIME
Mailed 1-5 business days after order is received. If you need your order expedited, please let us know
what your desired time frame is, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped via USPS and UPS unless otherwise
specified.
PAYMENT
Online Payment Only
BACKORDERS
You will be notified immediately of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will
continue to ship unless otherwise directed. Once an item is back in stock, it will ship out
immediately free of charge. All backordered items will be invoiced at time of original purchase order.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Tiny Poetry Project cards are made in the USA, using local vendors whenever possible. All cards,
envelopes and sleeves are from recycled, non-plastic, biodegradable, and where possible, upcycled
materials.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
Shipping on returns and exchanges are at buyers expense and must be made and postmarked within
5 days of receiving your order. All products must be unused and in original packaging.
